SWEET FELICITY FRIENDSHIP!!!

                              a BOX

This afternoon, the Mail Lady left a round shaped package...

It was filled with magic, and sentiment.....

From Heart filled intentions...

Made by Artful Hands...

and Creative notions

From Kindred Hearts

And lots of Love!

A Golden Chain
by Helen Steiner Rice

Friendship is a Golden Chain,
The links are friends so dear,
And like a rare and precious jewel
It's treasured more each year...

It's clasped together firmly
With a love that's deep and true,
And it's rich with happy memories
and fond recollections, too...

Time can't destroy its beauty
For, as long as memory lives,
Years can't erase the pleasure
That the joy of friendship gives...

For friendship is a priceless gift
That can't be bought or sold,
But to have an understanding friend
Is worth far more than gold...

And the Golden Chain of Friendship
Is a strong and blessed tie
Binding kindred hearts together
As the years go passing by.

The Mousiekin family sing a song of Thankfulness

And I am soooo Blessed!
Thank You Marqueta!

Two are better than one,
because they have a good reward
 for their toil.
For if they fall, one will
lift up his fellow.
But woe to him who is alone
when he falls and has not
another to lift him up!

  1. Dear Linnie,

What lovely gifts to you and the Mousekins! As usual, the Mousekins are so cute! Tillie hopes to get her gifts to the Mousekins out soon. We've been really busy with the goats, lately.

    Your friends,
Diane and daughter Sarah, and Tillie Tinkham and all the Mice at the Corgyncombe Courant

  3. Dear Linnie,

It came so fast, wow! :) I'm so glad it arrived safe and sound; Tasha was SO excited about making gifts for the Mousekins on behalf of Tevye.

May the chatelaine prove to be a handy companion, too.

    Love,

    Marqueta

p.s. We'll have to put some pictures of Tevya on our blog, so the Mousekins can see their friend!

  5. Hello Linnie,
What a sweet gift from Marqueta, but she is so sweet , her and her children. YOu must love the books by Edna Miller, The Mousekins Family? I have all the books and all my children loved the stories. I just did a post on our mouse Tilda Churchmouse, she was a gift from the talented Eli at Flutterby Patch. We have lots of fun too with our miniatures:-)
    Blessings,
    Suzanne
