First Room "The BUTT'RY"!!

This "Butt'ry" (pantry) was previously used ....
                        ..........for a Laundry Room!

I forgot to take a picture of the icky rusty laundry sink
                    that Hubby-Bear
was quick to remove at my request,
The floor was saturated and wet!

Oh look! A Potato Box!...........
with LOTS of LINT!!!!!

The shop vac did a wonderful job of getting those little bullet plugs
out! One at a time "pop pop pop"!

"CITY people used to have pantries.
The country counterpart of the pantry
is called a "butt'ry." In occasional
hidden corners of New England, this
country room may still be found in use, but  only the most
old-fashioned houses, loved and lived in by the
most old-fashioned kind of  people have a "butt'ry" these days."

I think I may just keep these swinging doors to the
Butt'ry off (but I shall paint them proper just the same)

Oooooooo!!!, two layers of contact paper!!

Color inspiration!

A cupboard from our previous Home
fits in the Butt'ry as though it were made for it!!

Coming together!!

A neat Cellar Door latch!
(a bit tricky to paint around)!

a pan of potatoes brought up from the cellar
is next to the apples."

"She opened the third door. A squeal of excitement
came out of her mouth and startled the listening house.
There before her eyes was a little store. All up the walls
of that small room were shelves, and on the shelves
were dishes, and pans and pots, and boxes, and cans.
All around under the shelves stood barrels and boxes."

Mama Mousiekin is excitedly planning "putting up" all these petite apples for the winter!

Therefore if any man be in Christ,
 he is a new creature:
old things are passed away;
behold, all things are become new.
